Youversion – Free BlackBerry Bible App

For those of you using a BlackBerry and have been searching for a nifty Bible app to use… your search is now over. I Present to you Youversion.

I have this app installed on my 8900 and have been using it for quite a few months now and honestly its the best Bible app I’ve come across. It features:

• 40 different translations
• 22 languages (including Spanish, German, French, Chinese)
• One-Year Reading Plan w/daily selections to keep you on track when you’re on the go

The only downside is that it does require a data plan to use, which I recommend you have a unlimited data plan because once you start reading you can lose track of time n etc.

Overall the interface from start to finish is well put together. It doesn’t take up a lot of space and it does deliver results pretty fast especially if your phone is wifi capable.

It does also work on the IPhone, Android devices as well as via your browser.

Youversion also features a community where you can connect with other users of the app and share thoughts n etc.
