John Hughes a Great Film Director Dies

This year has been quite a roller coaster. Some of the biggest names in Hollywood have passed but this particular celebrity in some way has influenced us in some way. John Hughes died today at age 59 of a heart attack while walking in Manhattan. He is survived by his wife Nancy, his two sons, and four grandchildren.
John Wilden Hughes, Jr. was born on February 18, 1950 in Michigan and began as an advertising copywriter in Chicago.

Who would’ve known that many movies we all grew up to love and enjoy were written by this man. He truly accomplished great things. May he R.I.P.
