Picture People – A friendly professional studio

Recently I had the wonderful opportunity of visiting a portrait studio called Picture People. The service was quite good so here is my review.

Upon entering the picture studio I was instantly amazed at the amount of people with there children who were waiting to have there pictures taken. It was as if Picture People created the atmosphere especially for families. We were instantly greeted by the staff in a warm professional manner.

Wait Time

Like mentioned earlier this place was pretty full, but surprisingly our wait time wasn’t long at all even though we didn’t have an appointment. During out wait the staff checked on us to make sure we were okay, updated us on how much more of a wait we had and made small talk in between there duties.

Picture Process

The process in which our pictures were taken was also something that truly impressed me. Our photographer was nice and was very creative with the poses. Nothing was really “portrait” about it, the entire experience was unique and fun. What truly shocked me was when he told us thanks after he took our pictures.

Wait time 2

After our photo session there is another wait time of about 20 minutes during which the pictures are process from the camera to there computer system n etc. The staff didn’t disappoint during this time either and by this point even other customers were making small talk to us and telling us how great of an experience they’ve had with them as well.

Picture Proofing

This process was very easy and up to date. There were about 3 or 4 picture proofing stations at the location we visited, each with a large screen monitor. During this process we had a sheet of paper that we could put down what sizes of each picture we wanted done, and then also we could choose types of frames and various other ways to have our picture styled.

All Done

After proofing and selecting our pictures off to the printer for the sizes we selected and a short wait of 25 to 30 minutes. We took this time to walk around the mall and do a bit of sight seeing. After our pictures were available we paid and left. But never were we treated rudely. The staff maintained a very warming and positive attitude towards everyone, no matter how hectic things were.

The Conclusion

If your looking for a nice place that has a fun, warming and welcoming environment then be sure to check out Picture People. You won’t be disappointed with your experience there. Oh and before I go.
